At Dufizo, we aim to provide a smooth shopping experience. Please read the detailed return and exchange policy below before placing an order.
Eligibility
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Products must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in original condition.
Original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
Return Conditions
Returns are applicable only in the following cases:
Products showing signs of use, wash, alteration, or damage will not be accepted.
Exchange Conditions
Exchange is allowed for size or color change, subject to stock availability.
If the requested variant is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued.
Only one exchange is allowed per order.
Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
Products purchased during sale, clearance, or special offers
Innerwear, accessories, or customized products
Items damaged due to customer misuse
Refund Process
After quality check approval, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds are made to the original payment method or as store credit, as applicable.
Shipping or COD charges (if any) are non-refundable.
